Learner Activity Detail Report

Generating learner activity details reports sorted and filtered in various ways.

Set Start Date and End Date

  • Select relative date range of course activity. To enter specific date range, select Custom.

  • Start Date cannot be set to after End Date. End Date cannot be set to before Start Date. Change dates accordingly as needed.

Select Active or Inactive Users

  • Select one or both. Active is default.

Set User Filter

  • Leave blank to include All.

  • Click search box to activate dropdown; may select only one User.

Set Department Filter

  • Leave blank to include All.

  • Click search box to activate dropdown; multiple Departments may be selected.

  • Select None (not selected) to include Users with no Department assigned.

Location Filter

  • Leave blank to include All.

  • Click search box to activate dropdown; multiple Locations may be selected.

  • Select None (not selected) to include Users with no Location assigned.

Job Title Filter

  • Leave blank to include All.

  • Click search box to activate dropdown; multiple Job Titles may be selected.

  • Select None (not selected) to include Users with no Job Title assigned.

System Courses or Our Courses

  • Select System (THORS Academy) or Our Courses for your own courses.

  • Select both System Courses and Our Courses to combine both types in one report.

Course Filter

  • Leave blank to include All.

  • Click search box to activate dropdown; may select only one Course.

Date(s) to Filter

  • Select one of four choices: Assigned, Started, Completed, Started/Completed.

  • If Assigned is selected, choose one of four Course Status choices: All, In Progress, Not Started, Completed.

Click Refresh.

Export to Excel (if needed).

Notes:

After making changes to ANY filter, you must click REFRESH to update report data.

Other Filters are always treated as “And”: for example, in X or Y or Z Department AND in 1 or 2 or 3 Location.

Generate a specific Customer’s Learner Activity Detail report for launches or completions for all their Users

  1. Select Active or Inactive Users. If desired, click the toggle to include Inactive Users.

  2. Select relative date range or Custom to enter specific dates.

  3. System Courses: Set to “on” and set Our Courses to “off”.

  4. Date(s) to Filter: Select Started/Completed.

  5. Click REFRESH.

  6. EXPORT TO EXCEL to review or send.

Generate a specific Customer’s Learner Activity Detail report for status of all course assignments.

  1. Select Active or Inactive Users. If desired, click the toggle to include Inactive Users.

  2. Select relative date range or Custom to enter specific date range.

  3. System Courses: Set to “on” and set Our Courses to “off”.

  4. Date(s) to Filter: Select Assigned. The Course Status filter will then appear.

  5. Course Status filter: Select All.

  6. Click REFRESH.

  7. EXPORT TO EXCEL to review or send.
