You can Manage users and learners within your company.

Managing Users

If you need to view or modify users within your system, change roles, and assign quizzes.

Editing Users

To edit a user navigate to the user section and click edit user from the drop down menu to edit an existing user. You can change the users username, email address, and name.

Changing their username will effect their logon process

Assigning Roles

you can change the role of a person , if you want a learner to become an administrator, or if an administrator no longer needs access to certain parts of the system.

Permissions based on role changes will apply the next time a user logs in

Assigning Quizzes

To assign a user quizzes click the assign button inside the user screen. Here you can assign or remove quizzes for the user.
