Images

This section guides you through managing images for your questions within the platform.

Creating Media (Uploading Images)

To upload new images to your media library:

1. Navigate to the "Images" section from your Dashboard.

2. Click the "Upload New Image" button.

3. On the "Images - New" page, click the "Choose Files" button to select image files from your device.

   • Valid Extensions: .png, .jpg, .jpeg

   • Max file size: 6MB

4. Once you've selected your files, click the "Click to Upload" button to add the images to your library.

Viewing Images

After uploading, you can view your images in the "Images" section.

• Search: Use the "Search for an image..." bar to find specific images.

• Filter Tags: Click "Filter Tags" to refine your image view based on assigned tags.

• View Options: Toggle between "Grid" and "Table" views to display your images. The "Table" view provides details such as "Media" (thumbnail), "Name," and "Size."

Image Details

To view details of an uploaded image:

1. From the "Images" list, click on the image you wish to view.

2. This will open the "Images - Details" page, showing a larger preview of the image.

3. You can switch between "Media" and "Tags" tabs to view or manage image-specific tags.

Editing Media

To edit an existing image's details (e.g., tags):

1. From the "Images - Details" page, click the "Edit" button.

2. Make your desired changes.

3. Save your modifications.

Deleting Media

To delete an image from your existing list:

1. From the "Images" list (either Grid or Table view), locate the image you wish to delete.

2. In the Table view, you can click the 'X' icon next to the image name to remove it.

3. Alternatively, from the "Images - Details" page, click the "Delete" button.

Deleting image that is used in a question will make the question have an error for the image
