What do I need to use Manufacturing Genius?

To use Manufacturing Genius, you will need an active MAGNI subscription, access to MAGNI LMS with at least one course from THORS Academy, and access to Manufacturing Genius.

Who in my company can use Manufacturing Genius?

Any user assigned the 'Artificial Intelligence' role can use Manufacturing Genius.

How is Manufacturing Genius updated?

Manufacturing Genius is updated every time the THORS Academy library adds or updates a course.

What are sources and how do I use them?

Every time Manufacturing Genius references a course in THORS Academy you will get a link that will take your user to that course. Course names and the topic reference will be listed to help you navigate to that specific area of the course. If a course is not assigned to that user, they will not be able to open that course until it is assigned to them.

Why should I use Manufacturing Genius over other AI Platforms?

Manufacturing Genius focuses on manufacturing content provided by THORS eLearning Solutions. The content referenced by Manufacturing Genius is vetted by experts in their respective fields. Every response that uses this content is referenced and accessible.

Will Manufacturing Genius use my queries to learn and provide that information to others?

No, your queries are only attached to your account. Manufacturing Genius will use your search history to better serve you answers. Other users will not have access to this information.

What if Manufacturing Genius is wrong? Can you guarantee correct responses?

Manufacturing Genius is still experimental, and on occasion can give you incorrect data.

Manufacturing Genius checks your THORS Academy access before providing you a response. If your account does not have the course referenced Manufacturing Genius will not give you a response.

AI Credits

How are AI Credits used when asking questions?

AI Credits are consumed every time you ask a question. Each question consumes 1 credit. AI Credits are shared among all AI users within your company.

What happens if I run out of AI Credits?

If you run out of AI Credits you will no longer be able to use Manufacturing Genius to ask questions. Contact [e-mail] to add more credits to your account.

I asked 1 question to Manufacturing Genius, but more than 1 AI Credit was consumed.

If multiple users are using Manufacturing Genius at the same time credits are consumed when other users are also asking questions so it may seem as if questions cost more than 1 AI Credit, questions you ask only cost 1 AI Credit.

If your company is setup with a different AI model, questions may cost more that 1 AI Credit per question.

I asked a question to Manufacturing Genius, it said it could not answer my query but still consumed an AI Credit.

Even though Manufacturing Genius could not answer your query, it still had to process your data and look for answers and consumed an AI Credit. If Manufacturing Genius fails to process your data, it will not consume an AI Credit.
