The latest results block gives you the last 3 quizzes completed by learners in your company with their name, the quiz they have taken and their score.

Quick results is a smaller portion of the pivot table that gives you results from learners in your system within a recent time frame. You can switch the result set from the last week, month, 6 months, or the last year.
