You can Manage users and learners within your company.

User Management Overview

The User Management Overview Page provides administrators with a centralized view of all platform users. This interface supports searching, filtering, role management, and Excel exports.


Key Features

1. User Toggle

  • Active / Inactive Users toggle at the top-left of the page.

  • Default: Active Users.

  • Purpose: Quickly segment between currently active and inactive users.

  • Allows real-time search by username, email, or name.

  • Works alongside filters for refined user queries.


Table Columns

Column Name
Description

User Status

Displays current status (Active / Inactive).

Username

Unique login ID for the user.

First Name / Last Name

Self-explanatory.

Email

User's email address (primary contact).

Employee ID

Optional field used for internal HR/integration tracking.

Registration Date

Date the user was added to the system.

Roles

Visual badges indicating user’s system permissions. Selectable and filterable.


🛠 Controls & Tools

Column Selector

  • Customizable: Select additional data fields for display.

  • Helpful for debugging or detailed audits.

Role Filter

  • Dropdown located in the "Roles" column header.

  • Allows admins to view users by specific role (e.g., Administrator, Learner, MFG Supervisor, etc.).

Export Options

  • Top-right green buttons:

    • Export Visible Excel: Downloads only what’s currently shown.

    • Export All to Excel: Downloads the entire filtered dataset.

  • Format: .xlsx


Role Badges

  • Users may hold multiple roles, each displayed as a pill-shaped badge.
