The company settings page allows administrators to configure and manage core settings of the company’s profile.
This page is accessible only to users with administrative privileges and is essential for configuring company-wide settings.
Accessing the Company Settings Page
To access the company settings, follow these steps:
Log in to your account with administrative credentials.
From the header drop down navigate to the Admin Dashboard.
Navigate to Company Settings in the left sidebar.
Key Sections of the Company Settings Page
General
In this section, you can update general settings for your company such as:
Time Zones
Default Time zone: Set the default time zone for your company and the dates and time will appear accordingly across the platform.
Default Date Formatting: Set the default date formatting for your company and dates will be formatted accordingly across the platform.
Default Language: Set the default language for your company and text will display in the appropriate language if supported. (Currently only English is supported).
Branding
To access branding your account must have the branding module.
The branding section allows you to upload your company logo to be displayed to your users across the platform.
Email Preferences
Text only emails: If your users cannot receive html formatted emails turn this option on to receive text only emails.
Custom Form Fields
This section allows you to add up to 20 custom form fields to be used during the registration process for your users and one-time assessment users. These fields will appear on the user details page and any reports you access.
Registration Fields
This section allows you to display additional fields during registration.
Registration Fields
Employee Id: This allows users to enter their Employee Id during registration in a free form text box.
Job Title: This allows users to select their Job Title from a drop-down menu you have created in the Tags menu.
Location: This allows users to select their Location from a drop-down menu you have created in the Tags menu.
Checklists
To access the checklist settings your account must have the checklist module.
Checklists
The checklist section allows you to set standard working hours, working days, and holidays that are used to determine when checklists alerts are sent to your users.
Standard Working Hours:
Year: Set what year you wish to modify the working hours for your company.
Hours Per Month: Set how many working hours your company has each month.
Working Days and Holidays: Set what days of the week your company works, and add any additional holidays required.
Checklist alerts will only be sent during your company’s working hours.
Competency Check 360
To access the 'Competency Check 360' settings your account must have the assessment module
Assessments
The assessment setting lets you set instructions for your users when taking quizzes and the certificates they earn when passing a quiz.
Quiz Instructions
Show Instructions: Determines whether instructions are displayed when an assessment is started.
Use Default Instructions: Default instructions are displayed from the system when an assessment is started.
Custom Instructions: This textbox appends any instructions you add to the default instructions of an assessment or replaces those instructions if default instructions are deselected.
Certificate
Passing Threshold: The score required by a user to earn a certificate.
Select Certificate: Select a PDF certificate you have uploaded in your company’s documents. This certificate will be displayed to the user when they complete an assessment and reach the passing threshold.
