Summary Report

Get a quick glance at all of your examinees scores.

Examinee Summary Report Overview

The Examinee Summary Report provides a table view of examinee scores, allowing you to quickly identify top and bottom performers for a specific quiz.

Accessing the Examinee Summary Report

1. Navigate to the Codes section.

2. Select a code from the list.

3. Choose a quiz assigned to that code.

This report displays all examinees' data for a particular quiz, whether it's started, in progress, or completed.

Report Details

For each examinee, the report includes:

• Name and email

• Number of questions answered

• Score

• Quiz start and end times

• Duration of quiz completion

Example: Quiz Summary Report for "Ductile Iron Fundamentals" (4 Questions - Code: 3143FG)

The summary reports can be sorted by any of these field or searched by examinee name or email. Selecting any of the examinees will navigate to that particular examinee's basic report for that quiz.

Sorting and Navigation

• Sort the report by any field.

• Search by examinee name or email.

• Click an examinee's name to view their detailed quiz report.
